In this book I have informed you about the building of a vaastu suitable house for leading a happy and simple life and also the effect which falls upon your life by the construction of the house. How the effect of construction falls on you, I have not given any such information in this book because I myself do not know how this effect occurs and this information has not been given even in the ancient books of the vaastu shastra. I did not want that while sitting at my table I should prepare some sketches and make you understand that I have the knowledge of the energy and the effect generated by it and thus I should confuse you and swindle you. To measure the vaastu energy any instrument or machine was not devised by the Rishi-Munies nor have I been able to devise it. The truth is as to what is this energy I do not at all know. I have used this word at many placed in this book. Some where it is called positive energy and at other places it is called negative energy. It has been done to make the readers understand. The construction by which any benefit is derived is called the positive energy and the construction by which any loss or harm is incurred is called the negative energy. It is like this that in case of high fever the doctor advises to take a tablet of crocine and when the patient takes the tablet his fever falls down. The crocine tablet enters the body and how and what work it performs no doctor knows it. But certainly the scientist who invented the crocine must be knowing it. Similarly as the informed vaastu expert know it that in a house if there is some underground water tank along with the door in the south west corner then some calamity may befall on that family and if they are removed from that place then benefit is certain. It is certain that the learned Rishi-Munnies who discovered the principles of the vaastu shastra knew about its effect and processes.
Whatever information I have given in this book its basis is the ancient books of vaastu shastra and my 27 years experience as consultant of vaastu and astrology.
After successful vaastu consultancy experience of many year I have found that in any corner of the glob and in any field of life if any body is successful then his place of residence or place of business must be vaastu suitable. If there is any vaastu defect then they certainly have to face its bad effects.
The common people are confused that it is very costly to build a vaastu suitable building. Space is wasted. But this is quite wrong. The truth is that to build a vaastu suitable building is very cheap and the space is not wasted. Every inch of space is used quite correctly. A vaastu suitable small house looks big and open.
For taking full advantage of vaastu information about many of its principles is given through various T.V. channels, news papers, books, magazines etc. It is not possible for every body to follow all those principles. So I request you that for happy and successful life at least three important principles of vaastu given here under should be followed. You should understand these three in this way that in any examination the question paper bears 100 marks and the three questions there-in carry 20 marks each and other questions carry 1 and 2 marks each. If the answer of any of these three is wrong then its negative valuation is made.
It should be understood in this way that when somebody goes to the doctor, he tries to find out some way out at home. But when the fever goes up to 103-104 degrees then he at once goes to the doctor. So if there is any such serious problem in the family which has finished the simplicity to your life and you are able to find its solution then take it for granted that out of these three there might be one defect certainly.
Its importance you can understand in this way also. If any body has dim vision in the eye then he can carry on his work with the help of a spectacle. If there is some trouble in the teeth then they can be replaced. If there is some trouble in the ears and hearing is lost then an earphone can be used. If the foot is cut then you can live with the help of crutch. But it is not possible to live without three organs of the body heart, lungs and liver. In the Indian yoga many postures (asanas) have been prescribed to maintain health and for some special bodily problems special asanas have been prescribed. But it is neither necessary nor possible to do all the asanas so the learned yoga charyas have prescribed three yoga performances for every one pranayam, anulom-vilum, kapal bharti. If any one does these three regularly then he will certainly remain healthy and if he is ill then he will be healthy. If in any house the following three principles of vaastu are followed then certainly the life of people living there will be happy, simple and prosperous.
1. The boundary wall and the main gate of the building may be made any where in the east of the north east corner, the south of the south east corner, the west of the north west corner and the north of the north east corner but the main gate should never be in the east of the south east corner, the south of the south west corner, the west of the south west corner and in the north of the north west corner. The main gate should never be in the south of the south west corner or the west of the south west corner.
2. Basement, the source of under ground water as any well, bore well, tank, septic tank or any type of pit, the slope of land and floor, should only be towards the north, the north east corner or the east. It should not be in any other direction. Septic tank and toilet should never be made in the north east corner.
3. The north east corner of any plot should not be covered; pressed, slashed, reduced or circular and the south west corner should never be extended.
If these three principles of vaastu are followed then your vaastu may be of the first grade.
In any building if any of these three vaastu defects exist then the life of the people living there cannot be happy. If the fate of a person is strong today then he may not realize it but when the fate goes against him then the vaastu defect may create painful and terrible troubles in his life.
It is to be noted that the vaastu shastra is a science. In case of vaastu defect it should be solved by scientific method and the only way is that by changing the construction of the house the vaastu defect should be removed for a happy, simple and prosperous life without changing the construction of the house you may install pyramid, shriyantra, bells, crystal balls and feng sui material, you may perform vaastu shanti, pooja, miracles, yantra, tantra, mantra etc. but it all will be wastage of time and money.
Recently Shri Mehta ji a film producer of Mumbai e-mailed a plan of property and told me on phone that after seeing the plan of property I should advise him that for making a studio what would be the result of making investment in the property. After seeing the plan I told Mehta ji that certainly he might be getting the property for much less price. Mehta ji at once said “yes! How do you know?” I told him that there were many important vaastu defects in the property and after looking the compound wall and the construction work done there in two things were certain. One was that the people doing business there might have sustained a big loss and secondly they might have faced calumny and dispute. It is the principle of vaastu that any property having vaastu defects can be bought for fewer prices than the market price. Property may be of any type the effect of its vaastu falls on its price. He should also keep in mind that if he bought this property then he would also face heavy loss of money and other problems in making and running the studio. Having faced calumny and loss he would be forced to sell the property for much less price.
Having heard me Mehta ji told me that for last many years there was an amusement water park on the property and it was lying closed for last three years. For making the park money was borrowed from the bank. There was a heavy loss in operating the water park so the directors could not discharge the loan of the bank. The bank having won the court cause has taken possession of the property. The bank people were forcing him to buy the property for less than 30% of the market price and on easy installments. For many years he had account with the bank and his reputation was very good in the bank.
The property of Water Park in almost triangular. Its compound wall is of irregular shape and there an extension in the east of the south east corner and the only entrance is in the east of the south east corner. A big portion of the north is slashed. The entire construction work inside the compound wall has been done in the east where as the west is vacant and there is a swimming pool in the middle of the property. Because of these important vaastu defects this property of Water Park is being sold to Mehta ji for less than 30% of the market price.
Despite being a good deal I had to forbid Mehta ji to purchase the property because there was only one entry gate in the property from the main road, which was in the east of the south east corner and it could not be changed and the cut in the north. Both were such vaastu defects which could not be removed. Besides this there was extension in the south of the south east corner along the south, there was extension in the west of the north west corner along the west, there was rectangular extension in the south of the south west corner. To remove these vaastu defects much of the space would have been rendered useless and the swimming pool in the middle had to be filled because a pit in the middle made a king a beggar. In all it would have been a loss making deal.
We get information about the property being bought and sold for less than the market price. It is tobe noted that there are vaastu defects in the property being sold for less than the market price. For how much less price the property is tobe sold depends on its vaastu defects. There are some vaastu defects which can be removed and there are some vaastu defects which cannot be removed.
If there is any vaastu defect in the property and it can be removed and property can be made vaastu suitable then the property can be bought. If the vaastu defects of any property cannot be removed then in howsoever less price it is being sold it should not be purchased at any cost. Similarly the vaastu suitable property is always sold at the market price or more than that. It is prudent to pay some more money than the market price for a vaastu suitable property.
Friends! I have had opportunities to give advice on Vaastu about many sick and closed industrial Units and business places. Wherever I went I found that in every industrial area about more than 50% industrial units are closed. Out of them about 10 to 15 % could not be started after construction of building or installation of machinery and whichever are working more than half of them are incurring losses. Similarly many business places were seen, which are working but they are also incurring losses. You may think as to why such businesses are being run which are incurring losses. There are some compulsions for those industries and businesses which are run in losses. Such as Bank loans, business contracts, labour laws etc. Many a time it is hoped that after some efforts it could be worked. Sometime they think that presently it is the time of recession so there are problems in the businesses etc. You will be surprised to know that among these the units of big industrial houses are also incurring losses such as the Reliance Fresh, Vishal Mega Mart, Subhiksha etc. The big industrial houses have high salaried and expert in their own field, peoples team. Well known architects, engineers and interior designers are there. They have experts of manufacturing and marketing. Despite these the industries and retail show rooms etc. incur losses or they are closed. This is also a matter of pondering that the businessman who installs a big industry or extends his business is also an understanding and able man. The person who installs such a big show, is certainly more intelligent and understanding than the others. In India in many cities big malls are seen, which are either half built or their work is stopped. The malls which have been built and they are in the prime location more than half of them are vacant and the show rooms which are working many of them are incurring losses. So they change their venue again and again. Many malls are not charging any rent from the showroom owners for two or three years so that they should not vacate the show room under the weight of rent because they are incurring losses. They should stay there anyhow.
Many a time I have seen that the businessman tries to make his industry or business a success with his full capacity and if need be he does many things wrong or right to achieve success under compulsion. But despite all this his industry or business continue to incur losses. Many a time to carry on their work smoothly they get rid of one problem and instantly another problem arises. First of all they try to overcome the difficulty with their intelligence but where they do not get any solution many of them fall prey to magic and charm, worship and tantra etc. Despite all this the result remains zero.
The question arises how? Friends! all this happens only due to Vaastu defects of that industry or business.
Wherever I have seen the closed or loss making industries or any business place whether it is a retail or whole sale shop, any type of show room, school, college, hotel, restaurant, mall, two wheeler, four wheeler show room, service station, I.T. Centre, entertainment, news channel etc. the business place of any nature, in whatever location it is situated, of any size, whether it is a shop of small size or industry or a shop of very big size or an industry spread in many acres, the effects of Vaastu is similar on all of them.
I have had opportunity to do vaastu of many industrial units which were running in loss. Their owners have many other units at other places in India to manufacture the same product and those units have been working successfully for many years. On account of those successful units they opened new units. The point tobe considered here is that industrial production is being carried on successfully by the one and some owner at many places for many years. But the new unit of the same owner manufacturing the same product is running in loss. Experience of many years of the owner, skilled and trained workers, the same machinery, suppliers of raw material, buyers of the finished products and well informed person, why does this happen? All this happens owing to the vaastu of that unit.
The industry or business which are incurring losses, I have seen in them one or more than one important defects. If the industry or business of any person in lying closed or running in loss he will find in it one or more than one of the following three Vaastu defects. These defects are such that if they are found in any industry or business, they ruin it.
The First defect – The main gate of the industry is in the east of the south-east corner or south of the south west corner or west of the south west corner or north of the north west corner.
The Second defect – In any form the north, the east and the north east corner is on the high and the other directions and corners are lower. This lowness can be in any form such as – basement, under ground water tank, chemical tank, slope of land, any machinery installed after digging a pit or slope of the land, is in the south west. What is meant to say is that the south west direction or corner is lower in any form than the north east direction or corner.
The Third defect – The north east corner of the industry or business premises, its boundary wall or building is pressed, reduced, slashed or circular and the south west corner is extended.
In any industry or place of business if any of the above mentioned defects is found then there might be some problems. If the defects are more than one, the number of problems might be more and if there are all the three defects then decidedly the industry or business might be facing heavy losses and it might be on the verge of closure or might have been already closed.
If the industry or business of any person in incurring losses or has been closed then certainly all the three above mentioned Vaastu defects might be there in the premises. On the basis of experience of many years as Vaastu Consultant I can assure you that you should remove the above mentioned Vaastu defects then 100% success is assured. For example, if the industry or business is closed due to any dispute then certainly in the east of the south east corner of the industry there might be some pit and there might be door also. If it is closed due to any accident then the south west corner might have some pit or it might be extended or there might be a door. If the circumstances are such that there is a great financial crises then certainly the Northwest corner of the industry might be extended and covered, or the west might be lower than the east or there might be some pit.
Please note that the Vaastu Shastra is a Science. In case of Vaastu defect it shuld be removed by scientific methods and its only way is that the Vaastu defects should be removed by changing the construction of the industry and the business place. Without changing the construction you may use Pyramids, Shriyantra, Bells, Cristal Balls or other materials of Fengsui, Vaastu Shanti, Worship, Charms, Yantra, Tantra-Mantra all these are things to waste money and time. By these methods the things will remain as they are not even one percent benefit. The correct way to remove the Vaastu defects is to change the construction itself such as the pits dug at wrong places should be filled with the clay and earth and they should be dug at right places. The door fixed at the wrong place should be fixed at a right place. Remember that there is no machine for detecting Vaastu defects nor there is any yantra (equipment) to remove the Vaastu defects.
In today’s materialistic age the 95% problems are due to shortage of money and if your business or industry is in loss than do not wander seeing the directions with a good compass detect the Vaastu defects and for happiness, prosperity, fame and for earning money remove the Vaastu defects and I again assure you will overcome the losses and achieve grand success. If your industry or trade is closed you shall restart it.
It should be noted that any industry whether it is big or small, the principles of vaastu will apply to it, which have been given in this book for building construction.
Every person builds his house with great expectations and goes to live there. During the construction work he becomes certain that in the house he would along with his family live and the coming generation would also live there with happiness and comfort. But many a time it is seen that after his settling down in the newly constructed house he faces many economic problems and he gradually sinks into debt. With the increasing amount of debt he is compelled to mortgage his dream house and the same house because of his default to pay off his debt is auctioned one day.
On the vaastu inspection the house being auctioned we find that there are such vaastu defects in the construction of the house which is auctioned.
1 In most of the buildings being auctioned there is some vaastu defect in the north west corner such as the north of the north west corner being extended, there being a pit in the north west corner, the north west corner being higher than the south west corner.
2 The house which has its main gate in the north, there is no open space in the east and the house is adjacent to another house, there is more open space in the south than in the north then the person living there faces economic difficulties and such a house is sold to many persons.
3 The building which has its main gate in the north and there is also a door in the south west corner along the road in the west then such a house or a place of business will not stay with one person and because of losses it will be sold many times and will be exchanged many times into separate hands.
If after occupying the new house economic condition deteriorates then after removing the vaastu defects it can certainly be saved from being auctioned.
By the modern means physical comforts have increased and on the other hand mental tensions have also increased. Let alone the elders even a child going to a primary school talks about tension. There may be many reasons for increasing tension but the vaastu also plays an important role in increasing tension. In ancient times almost all the houses were rectangular. Generally there were no boring, under ground water tank and septic tank etc in the house. Because of this the land was flat. Today the flats and houses of irregular size 30’x50’ one boring, one under ground water tank and one septic tank is built. These are generally built on wrong places due to lack of knowledge of vaastu. Important vaastu defects that they generate tension in the family due to painful accidents and incidents. The effect of vaastu of a house falls on every person living there whether he is the house owner or tenant. Here information about such vaastu defect is being given, by which the mind is disturbed and generates tensions.
1 If the front portion of a house is broken plaster extirpated or there are cracks in the front wall or it is broken or damaged in any way, then the mistress of the house remains sick, she is mentally disturbed and she always remains unhappy and indifferent.
2 The house where kitchen and bathroom are built in a line has the head of the family, whose brother’s economic condition is not good and his girl offsprings remain disturbed and unhappy.
3 If the south east corner of a house is low then the people living there are afraid of fire and enemy. The master of the house indulges in immoral acts and remains mentally disturbed.
4 If the north west corner of the house is low then the number of enemies increases and the master of the house suffers from mental tension due to enemies.
5 If the east and the south east corner of the house are low and the north west corner and the west are high then the owner of the plot faces quarrels and dispute and suffers from mental troubles.
6 If the south and the south east corner of a house are low and the north and north east corner are high then the master of the house suffers from sickness and debt and mental tension.
7 If the south west corner and the south of a house are low and the north and the north east corner are high then the master of the house does unholy acts and becomes slave to addictions. He remains mentally disturbed and the family members also suffer from tension.
8 If the north, the north east corner, the east to south west corner and the west are low and the south east corner, the south and the north west corner are high then owing to terrible economic crises the whole family remains under tension.
9 If the north, the north east corner the east to the west and the north west corner are low and the south, the south west corner and the west are high then the girl offspring of the house faces difficulties and the whole family remains under tension.
10 If the plot of a house is lower or higher in the east and its wall in the east is covered by a shade or a room then the offspring of the family faces serious calamity and the whole family remains in mental tension and the family has to face insult very often.
11 If the south or the south west corner or one part of the west or all of them are low and there is some construction work also then the income of the family is good but because of the wasteful expenditure they remain in debt and it causes mental tension.
12 If the north west corner is high and if some construction work is done between the west and north west corner or between the north west corner and the north then the number of enemies increases and the master of the house becomes victim of incurable disease and remains in mental tension.
13 If the north east corner of the house is high and between the north of the north west corner and the north east corner and the east there is any well, boring, under ground water tank, drain, chamber, outlet, pit etc then the expenditure of the house is more than the income. It causes mental tension to the family.
14 If the main gate is in the north and the house is built on the north west corner then the master of the house loses his glory and the number of enemies increases and it causes mental tension.
15 If there is extension in the north west corner of the house then the master of the house faces many obstacles, his expenditure increases and he remains in mental tension.
16 If the extension of the north west corner is along the west then the family living there loses its wealth and because of some accident it remains in mental tension and perturbed.
17 If the extension of the north west corner is along the north then the people living there face economic difficulty, less happiness and insult and they remain in mental tension.
18 If the south west corner of the house is narrowed and there is extension in the north west corner then the master of the house falls victim to mental depression due to long illness of wife and enemies.
19 If the north east corner is narrowed and the south east corner is extended then the health of people living in such house is not good and there is mutual quarrel in the family which causes mental tension.
Every man and woman in the world wants to live a happy, sweet married life with his or her life partner. But there are very few fortunate couples who can lead their married life with sweetness, happiness and peace. Now-a-days it is seen that because of lack of adjustment between husband and wife they remain dissatisfied with each other and there is quarrel between them. While inspecting the vaastu of the house of such couples generally it is seen that there are such vaastu defects in their house, which affect the happiness and simplicity of their married life. Here some such vaastu defects are being mentioned, which cause tension and disputes between husband and wife and reduce the sweetness. If the vaastu defects of the house are removed then certainly the couple living there can lead a sweet, happy and simple married life.
1 If the front portion of house is broken, plaster stripped or a crack in the front wall broken or dilapidated in any way then the mistress of the house remains sick, she is mentally disturbed, unhappy and indifferent. So the sweetness of her married life is reduced.
2 If there is much darkness in the hall of the house and lack of ventilators and there is a big and wide door in the hall then the business circle of the head of the family is very wide, his business is also big but he takes delight in illegitimate corporeal relationships. It creates dispute between husband and wife and destroys mutual sweetness.
3 If there is no correct ventilator and light in the bed room and the height of the bed room is much greater than its length and breath then husband and wife are unhappy and disturbed and the mistress of the house is very coward in nature. So in order to keep relationship sweet arrangement to keep proper light in the bed room should be made.
4 If there is some space to keep some house hold articles under the bed in the bed room of the couple then only beddings and off season cloths should be kept there. If any useless material is kept under the bed then every day some strife is created between husband and wife for trifles and sweetness comes to an end.
5 If there is place of worship in the bed room of the couple then wife is very religious and she is famous in society. She also saves money. But there is dispute and argument between husband and wife without reason which does away the mutual sweetness.
6 There should not be any wash basin in the bed room for washing face and cleaning teeth with brush. The couple in whose bed room this arrangement exists husband has some doubt on the character of wife. If there is any water tap in the bed room then wife of the head of the family is religious but she is also a puppet of another man and there is no sweetness in her married life.
7 If the door of the bed room is used as the main door of the house then the character of the mistress of the house is mysterious. If there is any big drum or copper vessel in the room then it shows that the relationship between husband and wife is not sweet.
8 If in the room on the left side of the main gate there is storage of useless material then the woman of the house has some trouble in her eyes and the mutual adjustment and cooperation between husband and wife is very ordinary and they have no sweetness in their relationship.
9 If in the sleeping room of the couple white wash is not good and the stone or brick of the ceiling is visible then there is lack of love between husband and wife and there is no mutual under standing and sweetness.
10 If husband and wife use the drawing hall as their bed room and any corner of the hall is being used as storage of money and jewellary of the house then mistress of the house is very wise, beautiful and effective in conversation and the head of the family earns much money in business and property easily and consumes all the means of luxury. Husband loves his wife and keeps good relation with friends. Wife is also very wise and sensitive.
11 If the way to store room goes through the bed room or the store room is with the bed room or the store room is used as bed room then wife of such house is very fortunate. The head of the family makes progress after his marriage when wife steps in. So there is much sweetness between them.
For the happy married life husband and wife should take their meals together once in a day. This increases sweetness, love and intimacy.
Now-a-days it is seen that obstacles are created in the marriages of well educated, handsome, smart, working on high posts or being successful business men boys and girls. Thus their marriages are delayed. Parents roam about for marriage of their children but there is no conclusion in sight and delay is caused. On the surface there appears no reason for this but when the vaastu analysis of their houses is conducted then it is found that there are such vaastu defects in their houses of irregular size, which create obstacles in their marriage and they are thus playing their important role. The marriages of children should take place on time. For this the principles of vaastu shastra should be observed.
According to the vaastu shastra air prevails in the north west corner. As per the jyotish shastra the lord of the north west corner is the moon and wind is its god. Thus in the north west corner the nature of the direction, god and planet is on the move. So for a girl of marriage able age a room situated in the north west corner of the house is the best and if there is no room in the north west corner then arrangement for her can be made in the north west corner of any room situated in the north or the north east corner of the house. The colour of the room should be light pink or any other light colour which appears beautiful to the eyes. The deep blue, black or slate colour should never be used.
For a son of marriageable age any room situated in the north east corner or the east in the house is the best.
1 It is tobe noted that the room for a girl of marriageable age should be in the north west corner but if the tradition to show the girl in that room is followed then obstacles may be created in the marriage. It is better to do this in the room situated in the north, the north east corner or the east of the house.
2 The bed of the children of marriageable age should be kept in such manner that it may be used from both sides. It should never be adjacent to the wall on one side if the bed is adjacent to the wall on one side the opportunity for marriage is reduced.
3 It is inauspicious to keep feet at the entry door so the bed should not be placed in the sleeping room before the entry door. The bed should be placed in the sleeping room in such a way that the person may see towards the entry door while lying on it.
4 If there is any beam, plank or over head water tank on the sleeping room then it creates mental tension which makes them depressed and they fail to articulate correctly while selecting their life partner.
5 If at the right side corner of the entry door of the sleeping room any picture of Shiv-Parvati, parants, love bird, couple of duck and drake or smiling photo of any couple is placed then the possibility of marriage increases.
The above is the description of decoration of the room of the children of marriageable age. But there may be obstacles due to the vaastu defects of the house. So those defects should also be removed.
1 If there is place of worship just before the bed room or some portion of the bed room is used for worship then the mistress of the house is of religious tendency and her daughter’s marriage is much delayed and obstructed. After the marriage there is the problem of settlement.
2 If the place of worship is in the bedroom of the couple then wife is very religious and she is famous in society. She creates disputes without any reason and she also saves much money. Obstacles are created in her daughter’s marriage.
3 If any room is used by husband and wife as bed room and the guests also sit there and converse then wife is very unstable and unsteady. If there is any source of water then wife and daughter bind themselves in the attraction of some one else.
4 If the bathroom and kitchen are in one line in a house the girls of the house remain disturbed and unhappy and their marriage is delayed.
5 If the drainage of dirty water is through the hall or there is any chamber or the hall is very small or it is like a tail or it is directly connected with any bathroom then such person is manipulator and he tries to seek salvation. Obstacle is created in the marriage of one person in the house.
Every man and woman in the world wants to have offspring after the marriage. But many a time it is seen that husband and wife being quite healthy in body and mind and being able to conceive remain issueless. Besides the fate, the vaastu defect too plays an important role for couple remaining issueless. If any couple is issueless then they should remove the vaastu defect of their house because negative energy is generated in the house due to vaastu defect and it creates obstacles in getting the offspring. I advise those couples who are issueless that they should get themselves examined by an able doctor. They should also remove the vaastu defects of the house so that their desire to get an offspring may be fulfilled. Generally the following vaastu defects create obstacles in increasing the family.
1 If there is no construction work in the south west of the house and there is open space in the north east corner and there is construction and there is no open space and because of the houses in the neighborhood there is no door or window. If there is bed room in the room situated in such corner of the house then there is obstruction in getting offspring for the couple.
2 If there is no open space in the north and the house is adjacent to the yard and there is the open space in the south then the increment in the family is stopped.
3 If the north east corner of the house or the boundary wall becomes viewless then the male child will not be born. Even if it is born then it will be handicapped or insane and will have a short life.
4 If there in no window on the wall of the main gate or on the wall in front of the sleeping room of the couple but there is any window on the wall of the main gate of the sleeping room the left or the right then the couple sleeping there may have an offspring after many year of delay.
5 If there is any height in the west and between the west and the south west corner or between the west and the north west corner there is any tank, chamber or pit etc. then increment of the family is stopped. In such houses if there are any children of marriageable age and their marriage is obstructed then increment in the family is stopped.
6 If the portion of the east is reduced by construction on the eastern boundary then the elder son of the house will acquire bad habits and when they reach the third generation their family will become extinct.
7 If the east and the north are connected and are reduced due to neighborhood then the people of such house despite they are rich they will be heirless. If a male childe is adopted then it may have offspring but it will not be male.
8 If the north east corner is narrowed and the north west corner is extended then the number of enemies will increase and loss of offspring will take place. This loss may be of living offspring or the offspring being brought up in the womb.
Since the time immemorial man has been desirous of happy and peaceful life and for this he has been trying his best. 15 Many houses look very beautiful but their compound wall, security room and any corner of the house is broken is stripped of colour and is in bad condition then it is certain that the people living there are troubled by enemies and disputes are created.
